There are times in our life when we may feel stuck or have periods of suffering that leave us feeling powerless, hopeless, and alone. Taking that first step in reaching out for help can be difficult, as it may create many unknowns. When it comes to therapy, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I adhere to a person-centred approach to ensure that each client’s unique goals and needs are met. In doing so, I work with clients to process their difficult emotions, uncover unhelpful patterns, and help them to rebuild their ability to cope. I strive to create a safe space for clients to be able to express their authentic self, and work collaboratively to help them heal and grow.
