For our Kanata clients, our office is moving on April 1, 2024, to a brand new Kanata location in the Panorama Wellness Centre at 1380 Upper Canada Street, Unit 202! When booking appointments for April and onward, please make sure to select the Panorama Kanata location. All locations offer virtual appointments also).

Select the type of session you wish to book. Options include a free 20-minute consultation with one of our therapists, an in-person session, or a virtual one.

If you are looking for a lower-fee therapy option, we offer sessions with our clinical intern at a reduced rate.
